Ventilated facade new projects
Favemanc presents its new ventilated facade projects internationally, still in progress.
The first, in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), is Anacaona. This tower, of 150 meters high, will be set as the highest in the Caribbean and will feature over 15,000 square meters of Favemanc ceramic ventilated facade .
On the other hand, the ventilated facade of Favemanc has also been chosen for the Police of Kuwait new Headquarters. On this occasion, our ceramic plates will have finished with the ecological coating Active Plus, whose photocatalytic properties produce three direct benefits: antibacterial, self-cleaning and decontamination.
Among the benefits of Active Plus, this time we emphasize the self-cleaning because it is a great value that in places like Kuwait, near the desert, where the density of dust in the air is very high and just littering the facades of buildings.
